4. How to install from scratch
To install Ultimate12 yourself onsite install Oracle 12c Enterprise Edition oltp type with cp-1251 codepage and multitenancy enabled.
Unpack the files from the bundles (platform and database).
Run ultima2c.bat (.sh for linux installations) to create the database.
Configure server and client according to documentation.
