First of all, regular Ultimate12 user support is — NOT provided.
Product support is aimed on system administrators/applications developers only.

For communication they should use (topics) at the support forum.
The forum is moderated in accordance with regular principles, i.e. non-informative, obscene, off-topic sections/posts are ignored/removed.

You can read it with no limitations.
But to create new topics/responses one should sign up (it's free).

Communication is in 2 languages: Russian and English.
All other things being equal, inquiries in English are in priority.

If the ticket creator has no paid support package from the list below it assumes no formal responsibilities regarding response timing.
In other words, inquiries from free users are handled only when we’ve got time for them.
